Today's competitive economy is forcing organizations to become significantly more adept at change.  Faced with these demands, organizations look to educated and experienced leaders.  The Bowling Green State University Executive Master of Organization Development program assists students in developing the organization development and change leadership skills necessary for success in today's ever-changing landscape. 

BGSU has long been at the forefront of education in the field of Organization Development and we continue to develop strong OD professionals through our Executive MOD program.

The Executive MOD program starts each January and you can graduate in just eighteen months. Students take two courses each term.  The program design is a convenient blended format which combines online and face-to-face course delivery.  This reduces the number of times you need to come to campus to only three weekends each term.  This format also makes the program convenient enough for students from around the country to participate and makes for a healthy, diverse cohort of experienced professionals.
