The Executive Master of Organization Development (EMOD) is an 18-month program in which instruction takes place online and in only three on-campus weekends per semester.

An undergraduate degree in business is not required.  Executive students with no previous coursework in business complete learning packages in business fundamentals by the end of their second semester in the program.
