"The BGSU EMOD program allowed me to maintain my work schedule while getting my degree. Being able to work and attend school simultaneously allowed me to leverage what I was learning in the EMOD program to enhance my work performance. Because of this, I have advanced in my career and am sought out by my colleagues to contribute to efforts addressing a variety of organizational challenges and opportunities."
